Our 21 day vegetarian meal plans are designed to help non meat eaters achieve their nutritional goals as well as enjoy their food. Our tailor made meal plans contain all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins needed to achieve optimum efficiency.

2 x Stuffed aubergine with cauliflower couscous

2 x Vegetable stir fry with whole-wheat spaghetti

2 x Roasted Vegetables with fried rice

2 x Ravioli with creamed mushrooms & Asparagus

2 x slow cooked Curried butternut & squash stew

2 x stewed peppers & tomatoes with boiled eggs

2 x Creamy Garlic herb mushroom with whole-wheat spaghetti

2 x Chickpea & spinach stew

3 x Zucchini “meatballs”
