Our meal plans come in different packages.
5,10,15 & 20 days. All orders are dropped off on a monday.
Our complete package has the following nutritional breakdown:
140g Protein (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Ostrich & Pork)
80g Vegetable (Gemsquash, Broccoli, Asparagus, Cauliflower & Green beans)
150g Starch (Butternut, Sweet Potato, Jasmine rice & Basmati rice)
We offer 2 different options which can be used as lunch or dinner if you only choose those options. Please specify when you click out on ‘Meal Type’.
